Return & Exchange Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. Return window
Gani accepts returns and exchanges within 7 days of the date you receive your order.
2. Conditions
- Product is unused, unwashed, with original tags and labels intact.
- Manufacturing defects (tears, seam faults, wrong color/size vs your order).
- Item delivered does not match the order.
- Unboxing photos/video for verification (we recommend filming while opening the parcel).
For personal-preference exchanges (color change, mis-measured size), the product must be unused and two-way shipping is paid by the customer.
3. Process
- Contact Gani via Zalo/phone 0931 738 393 or email [email protected] with your order number and photos/video.
- We confirm your request within 24 working hours.
- Ship the product back to the address we provide (any carrier).
- After inspection, we send a replacement or refund within 3–5 working days.
4. Refunds
Refunds are made by bank transfer to the account you provide. Gani's fault: 100% of the product value + shipping refunded. Personal-preference returns: product value refunded minus shipping (if any).
5. Not eligible
- More than 7 days after delivery.
- Used, washed, odorous, or customer-damaged products.
- Clearance items marked "no returns".
