Under applicable data protection regulations, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data held by Gani Co., Ltd.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, please complete the form below or send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the following information:

• Your full name
• Email address associated with your account
• Phone number used for orders
• Reason for deletion (optional)

Processing Timeline

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been removed.

What Gets Deleted

We permanently delete your account profile (name, email, phone), saved addresses, cart and wishlist, login sessions, browsing/analytics history, newsletter subscription, contact messages, and copies of messages we sent you. Reviews you left are kept for other shoppers but are anonymized (your name is removed).

Your orders are retained because Vietnamese tax and accounting law requires us to keep transaction records — but they are stripped of personal data (name, phone, address, email, and notes are removed), leaving only the anonymized financial record. This is the "data required by law" exception; everything else above is erased.
