1. Products & Orders
All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and include VAT. We reserve the right to update pricing without prior notice.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days within Vietnam. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
3. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
4. Limitation of Liability
Gani Co., Ltd. is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use our products beyond the purchase price of the item.
