How do I choose the right sofa cover size?
Measure your sofa from outer armrest to outer armrest. 1-seaters are usually 90–140cm (S/M), 2-seaters 145–185cm (L), 3-seaters 195–230cm (XL). Each product page has a detailed size chart — if unsure, message us on Zalo with a photo of your sofa.
Do covers fit L-shaped (corner) sofas?
Yes — corner sofas use 2 separate covers (one per section). Size each section separately and note "L-shape" at checkout so we can double-check for you.
How do I wash the covers?
Machine wash on gentle with cold water (<30°C), no bleach, line-dry in shade or tumble-dry low. The stretch fabric keeps its shape through many washes.
Shipping fees and delivery time?
Free standard shipping on every order. Delivery takes 2–5 days depending on province.
Can I inspect the parcel on delivery (COD)?
Yes — with COD you may inspect the parcel exterior before paying. If the parcel is damaged or wet you can refuse delivery.
What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with tags intact. Open your order page and click "Request a return", or message us on Zalo. See the Return Policy page for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (QR code with automatic confirmation), or COD — cash on delivery.
I need a company VAT invoice (hóa đơn)?
At checkout, open "Company VAT invoice" and enter your company name, tax code (MST), and invoice email. The e-invoice is issued after the order completes.
