1. Coverage
Gani ships nationwide in Vietnam via reputable carriers (GHN, GHTK, Viettel Post...).
2. Shipping fees
- Standard: free on every order.
3. Delivery times
- Ho Chi Minh City & Hanoi: 1–3 working days.
- Other provinces: 3–5 working days.
- Remote areas/islands: 5–7 working days.
Counted from order confirmation (payment received or COD confirmed). Orders placed after 4pm are processed the next working day.
4. Tracking
Once shipped, Gani adds the carrier tracking number to your order page (linked from your confirmation email) so you can track directly with the carrier.
5. Inspection on delivery
You may inspect the parcel exterior before accepting. If it is dented, torn, or appears opened, refuse delivery and contact Gani immediately. We recommend filming the unboxing for the fastest support (see the Return Policy).
